Life
Married to Tommy Armistead in 1979
2 children, Amy 10/18/81 and Garrett 10/03/83.
Work at Weakley Business Services, Inc. as bookkeeper and tax practitioner.
Member of Austin Peay St. Un. orchestra as cellist.
Daughter attending above college as nursing major and plays bassoon in the orchestra.
Son is Junior in HS and plays bass guitar and percussion in marching band.
Mother moved to Clarksville 5 years ago after death of father. She still plays piano & organ. Played at our church til she broke her arm.

I went to Butler and majored in Music Ed and then went to graduate school at Ball State where I got my Masters in Music. Perhaps not the best major because I never wanted to teach. However I have played organ at church, accompanied the children's choir on piano and have played in the orchestra at the Un. for almost 20 years, plus various jobs around town and in KY.
My sister Kathy married in 1974 to my husband's brother, Skip, who is a minister in Nashville. She went on to get her PhD at Vanderbilt. They have 2 daughters, Kristen, 22, and Beth, 13.
