Sandra's Story
Life
I am married, I have two sons and six grandchildren, two boys and four girls ranging in age from ninteen to nine years old. I have a AS in Computer Science from STCC in 1983 and a BS in accounting in 1991 from Westfield Univerisity. I have been working in the field of accounting since 1987. I enjoy reading, walking (I have a treadmill) and am active in my church St Rose De Lima.I like to travel. I usually go to Florida to see my older sister who lives in St Petersburg. I also like to go to the casinos at least every three or four months. My father passed away in April of 2005 at the age of 87. ...Expand for more
My mother also passed away in 2008. I have five sister, 14 neices and nephews, and great too. I spend a lot of time with my husband and children, especially on holidays. On 2001 I was diagnosed with breast cancer as was my younger sister Jan two years earlier. I was lucky as I had caught it early. Going through two surgeries and cancer can change your life and put your priorities in perspective. I am forever grateful to God. Looking forward to hearing from you. And yes I am still working as an accountant. Thinking about retiring but don't want to give up yet. I guess working keeps me young. Sandra
