Sandra's Story
After graduating from Loyola I moved with my husband to San Antonio, TX and then to the Atlanta, GA area in 1965. I have lived in this area since then and am now in the Athens, GA area. I have fond memories of my high school years but have lost contact with everyone I knew from EJ. Since my parents died and my brothers also moved from N.O. I rarely get back. f the fun times at EJ. While there I went to every football game from '56-'59 and still love that sport. Does anyone remember "bomb scares" at school? One memory I won't forget is having my picture along with 3 friends on the front page of the Times Picayune with our fingers in our ears as if a bomb were going off. Of course, there was never a bomb and we got the rest of the day off!
I am single now and have one son & 2 grandchildren. I live alone with my dachshund, Jezzie and take care of my grandson's Black Lab, Buzz.
