Sandra's Story
Life
I went by my stepdad's last name of Brinton from '56 till '66, then started again using my given last name of Stafford, hence the double maiden name in some of the schools I attended. I attended schools in Washington State, South Carolina, Okinawa (two tours), Alaska & California.
I graduated from San Gorgonio HS in '69. I don't have, so am looking for a copy of, the '69 yearbook or a CD copy of it. Please contact me if you know where I can get either one. I'm not alphabetically listed in the '68 San Gorgonio HS yearbook but I'm on page 35, bottom pic, last girl in the top row with glasses, and listed last as S. Stafford. I am now remarried to Michael Kabat, 5 years after the death of my husband Daniel Vignali. I was married to Dan for 45 yrs. We had 3 sons, a fosterson, and I now have 8 grandchildren & one great-grandchild. I had worked as an American Greetings Card Merchandiser part-time for a local store in Iron River, (upper) MI, after working full time for over 20 years at two drug stores, several banks and a credit union. I am now living in Greenville, WI, retired, and enjoying life with my family, Mike, and his two children and 6 grandchildren. (updated on 2-24-2023)
