Sandra's Story
Life
Wow, a lot of ground to cover here. The last time I lived in Randolph was 1990 (a mere 16 years ago), I moved in the middle of high school to Buffalo NY. I have many fond memories of the five years that I lived in Randolph, because so much happened between 6th and 10th grades.
I graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a BS/MBA in 1997. During my college years I had fun cheerleading for the Bulls (SUNY at Buffalo's football and bball teams). Our all-girl squad managed to captured the NCAA National Champion title 1993-1994. I moved to Boston in 1997 to join the Boston office of Price Waterhouse. I am now a CPA. However, after 3 years in public accounting I was invited to become the Controller of my church, Park Street Church in downtown Boston. I have been a "little church lady" ever since. mmer. I am now the Controller of Redeemer Presbyterian Church, a 4,500 person church in the heart of NYC. I am having a blast. I guess I can honestly say that the best thing that has happened to me since high school is that Jesus Christ became Lord of my life, nothing has been the same ever since.
On the relationship side, I met my husband in 2000, but we didn't start dating until 2002. He was the "boy next door" and we met at....church. He is an absolute sweetheart and I love him deeply. His name is Martin Young, and since 8/28/04 I am now known as Sandra Young. I have a "bun" in the oven now and am due 9/10/06.
I wonder if anyone will ever read this bio. Well, I hope to reconnect with some of my dear friends from the good ole' days in Randolph, to laugh over our memories. I live so close now in NYC that it would be easy to come to visit. Email me soon!
