Sarah's Story

Well, after high school I headed up north "upstate" and discovered a whole new world outside of Catholic school! I got my Bachelor's degree at SUNY-B and then headed south to the Washington DC area and got my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. During that time my folks left Long Island and moved to Florida, so it is a rare day that I get back up there! I met my husband Kevin in 1997 and we married in 2000. We are blessed with three beautiful children - Aidan Patrick (6 1/2) Emily Grace (5) and Landon Ryan (2). They certianly keep me busy!! When I am not chasing my toddler around or driving to baseball or gymnastics I continue to work in my field part-time. I specialize in working with ...Expand for more
the birth to five population. I mainly work with children suffering from Autism/PDD but also love working with other children with feeding disorders, apraxia, articulation disorders and other genetic conditions. Working with children with special needs is a very rewarding experience for me. Our family lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area and we have adapted to being pseudo-southerners! This is a great part of the world free from the Northeast taxes and a very young family friendly area! If you are an old classmate please drop me a line!! I can't write my email address out so know that it is sarkev and the end of it is bellsouth then a dot and then net. Put an "at" sign between sarkev and bellsouth!
