The photo of the sunset was taken by me on my last trip ever as captain on the Sikorsky S76C+ NS Air Ambulance, February 3rd, 2020. It was shot southeast of Lunenburg at 2,000 feet ASL heading down to Liverpool for a routine patient pick up. ing game, (especially the helicopter game) “uneventful” is an extremely good thing. I got to work this gig for 21 years with some really great and always colourful folks. With the Covid19 issues influencing EMS operations about a week after I retired, the term “front line workers” became increasingly a part the parlance. I know them all simply as co-workers and friends.
