Serena's Story
After highschool I attended VCU and got my degree in Theatre and English Education with a minor in Speech. After student teaching at GB with Ed Jacob in Theatre and Mrs. Kiskinis in English I took a break from it and worked at Household for about 8 months where I met my husband, Scott. He's still there and I went on to work at GBHS for 8 years until my daughter, Emma, was born in May of '05. I now stay home with her.
I have 4 fur children- keekee is a Mainecoon, kallie, Cookie and Boy are shelter animals I aquired while my Anchor Club did community services at the animal shelter. I adore them all! But the litter box sucks(:

isit and keep in touch with my best bud Allison Manno even though she is in Minnesota and works like crazy. Cherish Hallman and I get together weekly and our girls play together. We used to see Danny Ward every week until he punked out on our TLG playdates(: I see familiar faces around GB (Saintsing at Courthouse, Laura Beth Hemmings for lunch w/ Cherish occasionally, Shirley Mills and Kerri Miller at DQ, Jennifer Parrish '89 at TLG, Gina Edwards at Bella Salon, Amy McNair at rec football games... ) and LOVE bumping into them. Old friends are the best.
