Shane Hunter:  

Life Born in Bowling Green, Ohio. Family moved to Port Huron, Michigan in 1972. Attended Pt. Huron schools until 1984 when my family returned to Bowling Green, Ohio. Graduated from BGHS in 1986. After finishing school, I went into the military. I spent 3 years in the Army stationed in southern Germany. Upon returning from Germany, I joined the National Guard and enter college at BGSU. During my junior year at BGSU, a job opened in the department that I had completed two coops with. I applied and was hired as a computer support technician. Shortly after beginning part-time work at BGSU, I married Jenny Gill. I had known her in high school but had never dated her until college. I never thought of her as person to date. But that all change New Year's Eve 1989. That evening Jenny and I began dating. We remained a couple even through her deployment to Germany during Desert Storm.
