Shani's Story

Workplace After several career changes, which included: owning my own textiles company; working for Nordstrom's sales; Shanwar, Inc. (corporate offices of Precision Tune), JP Morgan Chase and Countrywide, I came to work at the arrin System in 1994. I brought with me a variety of knowledge and skills such as: Customer Relations, working with the public; negotiating strategies (contracts); knowledge of the legal system (negotiation of lawsuits), etc. When I first began with the company it was a very small organization (three employees) loosely organized and a fraction of the arrin System's current capabilities. I was expected to train myself while on the job while on a shoestring budget. This forced me to create an environment in which the company could thrive. The experience of the first 6 months opened new doors of challenges and opportunities both personally and with the company. These challenges include but are not limited to: product sales; procedures; relationships with vendors, investors, and the public; innovating new and better research techniques; sales; creative development of the arrin Spy Front; guidance; direction from retail to background screening; and acting as Human Resources Director for the research department. In brief, I was a contract negotiator / researcher / receptionist. Having worked in every aspect of this origination and watching it first hand grow from start-up modest beginnings to a potential multi-million publicly traded company. Has giving me the unique perspective of how each department works both within itself and with others in order to achieve a common goal. row with this company. Two years ago, while we were still a small start-up company, an elderly woman and her husband came in to my office. She didn't speak very good English, but with my former experiences in bilingual business and my limited Spanish, I was able to understand the point of why she was there. She had wanted to locate her mother who possibly had already passed away, in efforts to be reunited with family members. She had limited information for example, she didn't know the correct spelling of her mothers name. With that I went to work using all the available resources that arrin System had and spending over and above what the search should have entailed. When I finally found the information this woman was so desperate for, I felt like I had finally become a "Researcher." Her tears of joy made me realize that this is an industry designed to help people and that's when I decided this was for me. Another reason I have continued to be loyal to the arrin System, and most likely the one with the biggest impact on me, is the people I work with. They are not only colleagues, but also a tight-knit extended family. Watching the progression and amazing growth of the arrin System/ Infospi.com I want to continue to grow with the industry be a leader of the arena, surpass all computers, achieve name branding and branding of the techniques utilized by arrin researchers. Basically be considered "The information provider of the future", while continuing to grow with the company and eventually running the arrin system that I helped create and develop. So today I am Vice President of arrin System/ InfoSPI.com. Cross your finger's we are trying to go public
