Shanna's Story
After high school, I started working immediately. I moved to Goldthwaite and had an apartment. I started dating a guy in state jail, I left him for my now husband. My now husband was in the Army and served 2 tours in Iraq. I went to Germany to see him in 2005 and we conceived my oldest Jason, we were married August 5th of that year. Our son Jason was born 2 months early and he came home on a Red Cross message and was here for 3 wks. He came home July 2006 moved us to Ft Campell, Ky, we lived in the Clarksville, TN area. Anyways, I came back to Priddy April 2007 and I had my youngest son Kyle June 14,2007. Yes my birthday. My husband was medically discharged from the military in July of 2007. Jason is 3 and Kyle is 20 months old. My oldest Jason is in pre school here at Priddy in the special needs program and we live here for now. My husband and I seperated this morning, so I am on the job, apt and new car search. I also attend college online at Kaplan University.

I love my children with all of my heart, but to all you younger people. Wait until your party days are over. I had my first at 19 and second at 21 and I thought I did not want to party until I had my 2nd child. It hit me, I turned 21 and wanted to party and still do but you know what? I would not give my children up for the world. They are my rock and are what keeps me going everyday.
The teachers I would love to see again is Mrs. Loudermilk and Mrs. Chambers. They were awesome teachers and they helped me achieve everything! They are truely amazing and I thank them everyday for the impact they had on my life and pushing me to my fullest extent.
My oldest friend and who is still my best friend is Christina Hitchcock Hedlund. She is amazing and has been here for me every step of the way. We have not seen each other in 7 1/2 yrs but we are still going strong as best friends. I love her to death! :)
Oh Christina, we had sooo much fun together! One was sitting out in front of my house listening to Nelly and dancing, tanning and so on! :) We also had a few sayings, chicken fried steak.. :) ha ha.. love ya girl!
