Shannon's Story
Life
After leaving Hagersville in 1965 we spent 1 year in Base Borden before moving to Collingwood, Ontario (my mother's family was here) where I completed high school. Then I went to the University Of Guelph where I earned my degree in Math.
I worked in Toronto in the technology field for my entire career - places like IBM, Sears, Bank of Nova Scotia and a few consulting firms. My last 2 in house positions were as a VP at ScotiaMcLeod and Sprint Canada. My then boss and I starte...Expand for more
d a consulting firm in 1996 (still operating) and I sold out to him in 2004.
I am now retired and living in Collingwood, Ontario with my husband Nick and 2 gorgeous siamese cats - Misty and Sybl. I work out vigourously , play golf and bridge and generally love retirement. I have 2 stepchildren and 4 step grandchildren but did not have children of my own.
We spend our winters south - we have a winter home in North Fort Myers in a golf & tennis community.
