Sharen's Story
Life
I have been married for 21 years. My married name is DeCarlo. He is a former Navy man and is now terminally ill. I have a beautiful 19 year old daughter and yes I named her Laura. We also have a dog, a cat, a hampster and a mouse! (not a computer mouse either lol) (my daughters home zoo)
Workplace
Well I never became a graphic artist although I did go to college for it. I started out working as a union wait...Expand for more
ress at the local hotels. I then became the Matre'd at the Convention Center for a number of years before it was torn down. I currently work at the New Convention Center as a Banquet Captain and Senior Shop Stewart for Levy Restaurants. I am deeply involved with Unite Here Local 57 Union as well as a delegate for the Pittsburgh Labor Council. This past election I worked for the Kerry/Edwards campaign with the AFL-CIO.
