Life I have been happily married for 20 years and have 2 boys ages 17 &18.I spend most of my time doing things with my family and working with Children with Autism. I am an A.B.A instructor/inclusion support staff. I love to do volunteer work with the mentally & physically handicapped people of all ages. My husband & I have been coaching a softball team for mentally & physically handicapped adults for 17 years.Every year I captain a team for the Autism Speaks walk and raise money for Autism Research and Awareness. This is a charity that is very near and dear to me. I try to do all I can to help. I am also a C.O.S.A.C ambassador which is the New Jersey Center for Outreach & Services for the Autism Community. April is National Autism Awareness month so I do anything I can to spread the word about Autism. I am an Big Time Flyers fan and collect alot of Flyers memorabelia. I also like to watch the Phila. Soul. My husband is a glass & mirror technician. He has done many restaurants in the area including the Star Diner in N. Wildwood. Last year he went into N-stage Renal failure and was placed on the transplant list for a kidney. We were blessed with the phone call on Sept. 11th,2007 and my husband received a successful kidney transplant. is now almost 1 year post transplant and is doing very well. It was a tough time but with love and faith we made it through. He eventually had to have his 2 native kidney's out in April of 2008 but is still doing well. My 17yr old son is a hockey player and is in 12th grade. He works at the pre-school with me and is training to work with children with Autism. He is very good with the kids both typical and the ones with Autism. He volunteers with me at alot of the events for Autism. He is also into learning about cars.
