I have a son, a former Navy mechanic. He has given me the opportunity to see a lot more of this country than I would have seen had he stayed close to home. Every time he would come home from a long deployment we would meet his ship. He was also a grinder at the factory I used to work at. Now he is learning welding to advance his career. enjoying life at a slower pace. So far I have been to all but 8 states in the US, All but 2 provinces of Canada, I have also been to parts of Mexico, Australia, Scotland and England. In January 2020, I became a widow. I do not have any grandchildren but have had a good life. Haven't done as much traveling as I would like after Bill's passing but hope everything gets somewhat back to normal so I can at least get some in before I am too old to enjoy it.
