Sharon (Shari)'s Story
I'm Sharon Hill (married name Haywood) and I lived in Boulder from 1951-1963. I attended Baseline JH and Boulder High. My father was transferred from Boulder during the summer of 1963 to Greeley, CO. I loved Boulder and the high school, but hated Greeley (and still do). I quit HS in my senior year (Greeley Central just didn't compare to Boulder High by any means) and finished via GED and enlisted in the Army. I retired from the federal government in 2002 with a total of 31 years (12 of those years as a corrections officer/Legal Administrator at a medium security military prison). I now live and travel full-time in an RV but call Texas home. I have a beautiful daughter and two grandchildren. I'm really grateful to the person that posted the 1963 yearbook on Class mates. It was the only yearbook I had and it was lost many years ago. I really enjoyed looking through the book and finding some old friends.
