aduation I took a nine-month break, than I enrolled in Army ROTC at the New Mexico Military Institute. The Army was not my cup of tea so I only stayed there for a year. I then enrolled at UNM on a part time basis. I became a civilian contractor at Kirtland Air Force Base until January of 2000. At that time, I enrolled full time at UNM and joined Air Force ROTC.
