Life
Hello Everyone,
I am currently living in Jacksonville, NC. With my husband of almost 24 years, David. My daughter Lara is 22, and going to school to be a Paramedic. And son Ryan, now 17 is a senior in high school. I am Not currently at Lenoir Community College, where I Teachpart time, Culinary Arts. I was the Sous chef at the local country club for the past year of a 2 year stint.I'm now a kitchen manager at Daddy Mac's Beach Grill in Surf City, NC. I guess that is about it for now. Hung out with Don Haycraft(77) and Scott Sweet(76)my freshman year. Was in Band and Drama. Color guard all 4 years. Guard Captian Sr. Year. Did costumes, make-up, and lighting in theater.
College
Started at Mott. was doing EMT/Paramedics. 80'-82' Had lots of fun running with the Sheriff Dept. for School. Had lots of friends there. Pharmacy Tech School(Military School) was Sanctioned thru George Washington Uni. Certificate program. and Finished Culinary Arts degre...Expand for more

Workplace
flipped burgers at McD on Fenton and Maple rds. Ran Ambulance for C&S and another CO I can't remember. Joined the Navy (82) did that for 17 years. Worked at a phone center (YUCK) Worked for Gateway, Inc. At a Country store in the Service Dept. Got layed off. did the Un-Employment thing for a while. Then started school on the Govt. bill. Worked at Fire Mountain Resturant for 5 mo. Had one of my hands fixed. Started working at the Country Club here, for school. . I have also been hired on at Lenoir Comm College as a part time instructor. Kitchen Manager at restaraunt on Topsail Island, Surf City.
Things are going pretty good right now. I like what I'm doing.
