Shawn's Story
Life
Since graduation in 1990, I have had much change in my life. I spent quite a few years trying to "find" myself. I decided to go back to school in 1997. After seven years of attending the UMSL-Washington University Engineering Program, I earned my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. My wife and I moved to the Kansas City area and I worked for a division of Emerson Motors for a few years. I am married to a beautiful and funny lady named Tina. We have been together since 2002 and married since 2005. She is an accountant. We enjoy each other's company a great deal and try to have fun with everything that we do with our lives.
My wife and I live in Tyler, Texas. Tyler is a town about 90 miles east of Dallas with a population of about 80,000. We do not have children yet, but we are ready. At thirty six years of age, we can feel the clock ticking.
