Life
My husband, Bruce, and I met at church. I knew him and his first wife, Linda, as she was the church secretary and my brother is the youth pastor. I was working with the youth and Bruce's two sons were in the youth group, so we all knew each other. Unfortunately, his wife passed away suddenly from complecations with Type I diabetes. at God had planned that I would marry their dad. But a year later, Bruce and I started dating on September 1, 2002. We would go for rides in his dune buggy or on a motorcycle. Then he asked me to marry him on December 27,2002 and we were married Valentine's Day, February 14, 2003. There is a 15 year difference between Bruce and I in age, but no one would know just from looking at us. He is truly a gift from God and knows how to love me perfectly.
