Sheri's Story
My twin sister, Teri, and I came to Moreno Valley High School the beginning of the 10th grade. We played volleyball, basketball and track.
Since High school:
I had my daughter, Dana, in 1987. I got married in 1988. I joined the U. S. Army in August of 1988 as a switchboard operator at Ft. Richardson, AK until 1992. I had my son, Christopher, in 1990 and my last son, Dylan, in 1992. I got divorced in 1991. I got remarried to Sgt. Brian Coey in June 1992. We got out of the Army and moved to Modesto, CA. n went to Modesto Junior College. I earned an AA degree in General Studies in 2000 and then went back and got my AS degree in Child Development in 2001. I have worked as a preschool teacher and director. I have been a manager of Curves for Women. I now manage a nudist resort in San Bernardino, CA. Brian and I got divorced in 2006. I got remarried in 2009. My life has had it's ups and downs. I was diagnosed with MS when I was 26 years old, but I have been in remission of any symptoms for the past 10 years. I now have 3 grandchildren.
