College
I graduated from North Central College in 2000 with a degree in Exercise Science. A couple years later I decided to pursue my master's degree in Exercise Science and graduated in 2003.
Workplace
-Worked at two medical based fitne...Expand for more

-Taught a Fitness Testing and Promotion class at Moraine Valley Community College.
-Moved to Arizona in 2006 where I am a fitness coordinator with in a senior retirement center.
