Shirley's Story
Shirley is from Blunt, South Dakota. She is married. Her schools include Blunt High School. She later attended Northwestern College, Orange City, IA (Elementary Education, Reading Specialist). She works(ed) at South Dakota Tourism.

More about Shirley:"I grew up at Blunt, SD and graduated from high school there.
I began college in Huron, SD at Huron College, went from there to Northern State Teachers College and began teaching in Potter County rural schools and Sully County schools, and one year in Blunt elementary.
From there I moved to Storm Lake, Iowa and later to Sanborn, Iowa where I finally finished my Elementary degree with a Reading Specialist degree.
The next 26 years were spent in Iowa.

In 1992 I moved back to South Dakota where I still reside at Spearfish.
My family includes five children. The oldest is in Illinois with her family. The second and fifth lives here in the Black Hills with their families. The third lives in Pensacola, FL with her husband their child is married, in the United State Air Force serving in Afghanistan. The fourth is in Iowa with his family.
As I have said that I have done many things in my life, but right now I am a people greeter at Wal Mart and Tourism Counselor and Supervisor in the summer for South Dakota Tourism.
My newest interest and passion is working at home with my internet business. I am passionate about sharing and mentoring what I am learning from the best mentors on the internet...Janet Legere, Rob Gehring, Steve Gaghagen and many others. We believe in sharing what we know so that others can be successful.".
