Simon's Story
Life
I always take these things too seriously... "Well, in 199X I did this. And in 200X and did that." Blah, Blah, Blah. I've been up to a lot, but the bottom line is: that it doesn't matter where I've been or what I've done, it's how I feel. I love my life! I look back with a sense of appreciation and fulfillment. I'm looking forward in anticipation of other good things to come: finding the woman of my dreams, owning my own business, and having kids.
If you don't remember who I was in highschool, I don't blame you. I was pretty much a shy, annoying, j*rk. (And, I should add, if I was ever a j*rk to you I apologize.) Those three attributes don't necessarily make for great relationship-building skills. Luckily, I didn't take me too long to figure all that out. I'd love to make it to the next reunion. So here I am now... I'm 30, single in Toronto, and working in the restaurant business. I'll golf whenever I have the chance. I still love to snowboard, however there's not much for ski hills out this way. So I definately look back in fondness on my Whistler years. I enjoy my line of work, and am anticipating owning my own place in the near future. I love old cars, and in my spare time I can be found enjoying my 'hot rod' - either under the hood or behind the wheel.
The future holds great things for me. I'll move back out west. I'll meet the woman of my dreams and settle down. I'll own a house (or small farm) and my own business. Oh ya, and kids, too. I can't wait to be a dad.
