etired from the Dade County schools in 1991 then taught in the Kansas City schools for 5+ years , 2 years for the Hickman Mills School District and two years for the Vista Unified School District in Vista, CA. I've substituted in several school districts. For a total of fourteen years I taught in the classroom and taught for 20 years as a school librarian.
