Stephanie's Story
After high school I attended the University of Denver for one year where I was on the gymnastics team. I transferred to UCSB and graduated in 1995. I took a year off of school then attended UCLA Law School. After graduating in 1999 I went to work for a company in Camarillo where I worked with charitable organizations all over the country advising them on tax issues and the structuring of different types of charitable gifts. ns and charitable gifts. While working I completed a master's law degree in taxation. In 2006 I went to Pepperdine University to work in the Center for Estate and Gift Planning. I am now the Director for the Center for Estate and Gift Planning at Pepperdine. I also teach at UCLA Extension. I participate on several non-profit boards and am on the editorial board for a trade publication. I have been married since 1996, however, do not have any children. I do have a dog, Sir Duke, who is a three-year old, 180 lbs. English Mastiff.
