Stephen's Story
Hello,
Its been a long time. I was sad to see the ramps we hung out at and the hallways we walked are not there anymore. The last time I was at school, was the Thanksgiving game in '05 to watch my son play for Father Judge. I didn't see many people I knew, but it was 32 years since I graduated, how time flies.
I'm divorced and have 3 children. My oldest Matthew just got back from Clearwater. The Phillies flew him down to work him out and watch him pitch. They said they're interested in him and will call him, hopefully its to invite him to training camp. The Braves flew him to Atlanta for the same thing and they said the same thing. Hopefully he'll end up in the minor leagues this year playing in the Phillies organization ...Expand for more
somewhere close to here. As of right now, he'll be heading down with the Braves for spring training.
I live and work at Philmont C.C. in Huntingdon Valley. I'm the Dir. of Outside Golf Services ( in the old days it was called caddiemaster and still is in some places ). I get to play golf everyday, love my job and the commute to work is about 45 seconds. I'm off Dec., Jan. and Feb. and go to Florida a couple times after the holidays to escape the snow. I've been told I'm living the dream, but sometimes wish I could back in time to high school lol, I miss those days.
Hopefully I'll hear from former friends and classmates. My time at Lincoln was filled with alot of laughs, good times and great memories. I wish everyone well.
