rom SCI-Arc I started my own design-build firm and wore dual hats of architect and general contractor while also operating a furniture fabrication studio. I walked away from that 4 years ago and moved to San Francisco.
Outside the career thing I'm pretty sedate these days. I teach a graduate architecture course in Materials & Methods and advise thesis students at The Academy of Art here in San Francisco. I've also taught furniture design & fabrication at my alma matta. To relax, I enjoy surfing or sea kayaking in Northern California.
I still keep in touch with Jeremy Hight, Chandra Faulkner and Gloria Gines. Recently reunited with Nick & Susan Pavik for the first time in about 12 years, that was cool.
Drop me a line if you feel inclined to say hello.
