shape and overweight, but making progress. My CPAP machine helps. I snore like a Russian bear and use a cpap.., I like to take walks, I read history, biography, non-fiction and listen to Shakespeare and books on my ipod . .
My faith has become very important to me over the past 7 yrs. I set aside regular time for prayer, meditation and spiritual reading. But I try not to be a sanctimonious jerk about it. We are all on a journey and need to be kind to one another.

I wish all my friends and my foes too, all that is good, all that is peace and goodness One told the Samaritan to bind the wounds of the fallen pilgim on the way to Jericho. We are all on the way to somewhere and the life we save may be our own.
Peace be with you. Live long and prosper.

PS- Ed Rivkin told me he actually reads this stuff, so I will try to keep it up . I have a Facebook page, but after I set it up, I lost interest. My kids tell me it should be against the law for anyone over 35 to have a Facebook page, but what do they know.
