Steve's Story
Life
After graduating from high school, I went to LSU for a year. Many things about LSU were great, but I did not get along with one of my primary teachers that I would have had for 4 years, so I came back to Florida and attend SFCC for a year before entering UF as a music education major. I graduated from UF in 1995 and then went to the University of Illinois to get my masters degree. Illinois was great (but to damn cold!) and I got to experience a lot while I was there. here they have real Guniess! Moved to New Braunfels, Texas in 1998. I taught at Seguin High School where I was the head director for a band program with over 700 kids, grades 6-12. I had a staff of 9 directors at a 6th grade center, two middle schools and at the high school. We had a very successful program and our students enjoyed performing for audiences in Texas and around the country. I am currently living in Phoenix, AZ and going to Arizona State University to get my Doctorate. After that, who knows! Would love to hear from you so drop me a line!
