Steve's Story
Life
Married 10 years. My wife, Shelly, is an Interior Designer. I have 1 child, Brant, 28 yrs old from my previous marriage. He is single and lives in San Luis Obispo (CA-Central Coast) with his girlfriend. I have lived in Colorado, Arizona and California since leaving Ohio....Colorado being my favorite.
Don't get me wrong, I love CA...great place. I know..."earthquakes"...whoa. Who cares? If it's your time, it's your time. I'd rather not know it's coming and it's over in 30 seconds...unlike tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.
School
I enjoyed my classmates and friends completely while in Logan. What I did not like is school....in fact I hated every moment of school.
I had 2 favorite teachers...1 was Mrs. Brown (Geometry) and the other was the Am. Gov't teacher (I forget her name). They were progressive and inn...Expand for more
ovative which meant that Logan got rid of them as soon as possible.
2 teachers come to mind (Mingus and Brooks) as a huge waste of oxygen and space. Maybe I should mention Horsky as a runner up. And, of course, Doc who was an incredibly kind man but sucked at teaching.
My fondest memories are the Hermitage and hanging out at Brown's house.
Crushes? Too many to remember.
College
Graduated from Colorado State University in 1981. Got my engineering degree in under 2 years which, for those who knew my high school academics, will find that impossible to believe.
Workplace
I'm an Engineering Manager for a company that designs and manufactures (UAVs) "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" -Both HALE and Small. Our main customer is the military (foreign and domestic).
