Steve's Story

After high school I gave college a try...went to Ferris State, but decided partying was far more fun than studying, so that didn't last long. In 1992 I joined the Air Force as a general purpose vehicle mechanic. I did that for 7 years, with assignments to California, Spain, Saudi Arabia(X2, Korea, and Diego Garcia. KC-10A Boom Operator(the greatest job in the Air Force). In that job I literally saw the world. In 2008 I ended my military career and moved to Michigan to be close to my family. Along the way I met my wife, Theresa, and had 3 wonderful kids, Corie, Kyle and Raymond. For now I'm getting in touch with my athletic side...mountain biking, running and weightlifting are just some of the activities I enjoy.
