Susan's Story
Life
Tampa's been my home since '93. Hurricane Andrew blew us out of Miami in August of '92 (after 18+ years!) Good things often come from bad, I absolutely LOVE the west coast!!! It just confirms that I'm a Florida girl with a NY heart. I'm lovin' life...sunshine, salt water, white sandy beaches & The Rat (aka Disney) are all within my reach!
I celebrated the "big one" in May '06. It's just a number!!! What does 50 look and feel like anyway!?! I've never been one to act my age (or so I've been told!)
My two oldest children are grown and living...Expand for more
on their own and my youngest is a Junior in HS. I'm also a Grandma of a 8 year old boy.
My thoughts on life.... "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming WOW, what a ride!"
I'm home (Esopus/Kingston area) monthly/bi-monthly to be with my family. I'd love to chat a reconnect with friends from the school days! Dad's listed in the phone directory and still lives in Esopus! Leave message, I'll touch base when I'm in town!
