Susan's Story
After graduating high school, I got a degree in architecture from Pratt Institute, worked in NYC for a few years, got married and moved to Auburn, Alabama where my husband had his first teaching job at the university. I practiced architecture, taught part-time at Auburn University and did some work in Norway for two summers. T. AFter consulting for a few years I now teach part time at MIT and am managing director of CivicMoxie, LLC, a real estate development advisory, city planning and placemaking group. I lost my husband to cancer and have three children: Isaac is 20, Louis is 15 and Jane is 9.
I love living in the Boston area, travel a lot for work and for fun, and have the cutest dog in the world (a goldendoodle named Leo)
