Susan's Story
Life changing events: 1952: birth
1976: graduation, first "real" job;
1978: Moved to the "big city" Chicago, began to work for CPS; have been here ever since.
1987: Jesus Christ came to me in a BIG, real way, I met Him, asked Him to forgive my sins, and to come into my heart and life, committed to live life for Him, with Him doing it, I sure can't do it on my own!! I am a Jesus Freak!!!

I always wanted to work with children when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a fine idea. As it turns out, they were right
My inspiration, strength, purpose come from The Bible, God's instruction book for my life.
Have enjoyed 32 years as a speech pathologist, looking forward to retirement, and on to another phase in June 2012, God willing!!
