Susan's Story
I always said I wanted my life to be interesting. It is. More like soap opera at times, but interesting. I think what I most enjoy in life is that my vocation and avocation from my early years have remained stable and allowed me expand from those. I have had the sincere pleasure of working in libraries from high school to today. Currently, I work in the Parks Library at Iowa State University following many years of working in public libraries large and small. My avocation, performing, goes strong....Expand for more
I still sing, act, direct, and produce, whether it's for the local theater or on a karaoke stage.
Personally, I have just married my long-time partner, Sue Wolf, and changed my last name to Rappenwolf. We have two tiny Yorkies as our fur-babies. We cycle to the local lake, go to shows, hang out with our crazy friends at Ren Fairs, and I still find time to visit my family in Seattle.
Someday I plan to get another master's degree, probably in cultural linguistics, but that's a story for another day.
