Susan's Story
I have one son and two daughters. I am a grandmother. I've had various jobs including bus operator, receptionist, and third-party verifier. I also enjoy writing.
When I was growing up, I lived on two farms in Minnesota & Missouri. I attended Elm Branch School in 3rd and 4th grades in MO right before it closed. That was a one-room schoolhouse a half mile from my home. Some students walked farther to get to...Expand for more
that school than I did. I attended Lowell grade school in 5th & 6th grades. I played clarinet in marching band. I moved to attend Parkview High in Springfield my sophomore, junior, and senior years.
I had enough credits to graduate a semester early, so I attended Wichita Business College in Kansas while my classmates were finishing their senior year. Years later, I attended Western Wyoming Community College.
