Susan Wetzel:  

Life I began my schooling at Lincoln Elementary School in 1949. My second school was Washington Center Elementary from 1954-1956. Went to North Side High School 1956-60. Graduated from Harper Hospital School of Nursing, Detroit, MI in 1963, receiving my RN. Got my BA in psychology from Concordia Sr. College in 1977, and my Master of Science in Education at IPFW, Ft. Wayne, IN, in 1979. I practiced nursing for most of my life. Also,I served at the IN State Developmental Center, Fort Wayne, IN, helping the mentally challenged, and as an inpatient psych unit charge nurse at Park Center, Inc., for 10+ years. I am now retired, and loving every minute of it. I married Rev. Ralph Wetzel, August 18, 1962, in the Kramer Chapel of Concordia Sr. College, Ft. Wayne. We have 6 beautiful kids, 20 grand children, plus 1 great-grand daughter. There is never a dull moment! They live in IN, MI, and WI. We travel lots!!!! Life is sweet! I live in Woodburn, IN, where we have resided for the last 30 years. Love to hear from my old friends and classmates!!! God bless!
