Suzan's Story

Life 1st day of school mrs dow's class.1967-8. I am in the center in the rust dress. I urge others to send their pics as Redbank School is no longer. It was demolished in June 2007. I have fond memories of redbank. School I attended redbank from 1965-72. My favorite teacher was Jane Sullivan MacDonald. mber the stories, "The Girl with 100 dresses", "The House with THe Golden Windows", "The Highwayman", "Charlotte's Web" and lots of other stories... most having a message, but also a way to calm us at the end of the school year when nobody could sit still. We lost days to a broken furnace in winter, all of us standing around in our winter jackets until the Superintendant released us. Remember the incinerator outside?
