Tamara's Story
Dear Friends,
After high school with the lot of you folks, I continued on to SDSU while working at Sea World and a few different banks. I finally got a BA in Liberal Studies, and a minor in French Dec '97. I met and married my husband, Chris in 1996, and then I went on to get a K-8 teaching credential by 1999, after having our first child in August 1998. Since I became a mom straight away, I did not seek full-time eployment as a teacher, but the time is quickly approaching, with our youngest child, Lauren starting Kindergarten in September. Our children are 10, 8, 6, and 4. Mykensie, 10, is in the 5th grade, Kieran, 8, in third, Ayden, 6 in 1st,...Expand for more

One of my passions is health, so naturally I found myself connected with a wonderful company dealing in concentrated Chinese whole-food herbs, which has brought me and my family increased health and decreased illnesses. I love cooking healthily, too, so I am oftentimes in the kitchen trying out a new vegetarian/vegan recipe or re-doing an old one, uch to my husband's delight. We are trying to instill in our children that we have a choice when it comes to our health... you really are what you eat.
