Tamara's Story
After bouncing around the East Coast in my early years (elementary school in Cartersville,GA; middle school in Vernon, NJ; and high school in Ellington, CT), I attended Wake Forest University and then graduate school at Georgia Tech College of Architecture.
I now live in Atlanta with my husband, Mark and three children: Tyler, Logan, and Aerin(and 2 Labs). My parents finally moved back "ho...Expand for more
me" to Georgia in 1997.
I still practice architecture, mainly in the areas of Sustainable master planning and historic preservation.
I'm still a chronic "dabbler" and my latest hobbies are inventing things, genealogy, converting childrens' art into something you'd actually want to display in your house, vegetable gardening (in Downtown ATL, no less), and southern Appalachian folk medicine.
