Life
Well, John and I are alone now. Both girls have moved out on their own and doing well. Feels weird after being a mom for soooooooo long. There's lots of perks though. Funny, I don't get that "empty-nest" feeling, must be the critters filling the void.
In my spare time, I still like to shop for antiques, go to yard sales, and work on my house. I also like to get together with old friends over coffee. I like to work on my Cross-Stitch projects, and spend quality time with my husband. I've also become quite fond of spending time with my sister and her family. adolecents we have trouble bonding with our siblings, and as adults they become such an important part of our lives.
I've also come to the realization of how short life is, and I want to enjoy it the most I can as each day is a gift.
Workplace
John and I have been at our new business location now for almost a year, and it has been a busy one. This move has been great for us! Business is booming and my Tow Trucks are rolling all the time. There are always down sides to having your own business as well, but the pros always outwiegh the cons. I will never work for anyone else again!
