Life ~I moved to Sedona, Arizona in 2000. One place everyone should see in their lifetime. ~As some of you know, I always wanted to live in Phx. In July of 02 I moved to Scottsdale, AZ. I worked as a EMS Dispatcher for a large provider of the Phx metro area & Pinal Co. I was promoted to Communications Supervisor in 03. After my son's (Blake) father (Jake Rahmus) was killed on the job in 02/04 as well as a dear friend from Sedona (Jennifer) who was killed in a car accident just 3 days earlier and all this 2 wks before my 30th Birthday ~ I decided that life was more important than my job status, money & the hours I put into it. ~So I went to work for an emergency helicopter company in Phx called AIREVAC. The weather is great, no its not tooo hot! ~However, after much thought & soul searching I have decided to move Blake back to the IA/IL area to be closer to his paternal family as well as most of my family. Blake is now 15 yrs old yes 15 thats how long we've been out of school!! He is atheltic, funny & very charming......not sure where he got it all but he does have an angel in heaven looking after him. I am lucky.....to have learned at 30yoa that nothing in life really matters except for who you keep close...Expand for more
