Tammy's Story
Hey everyone!
I attended Berkeley High between 1984-1988. Seems like a lifetime ago. You may remember me for my singing...music was all I was about at that time in life. I sang with Van High's chorus and special holiday concerts, for graduation, well...any occasion I could.
Life since high school has been great. I got my undergrad in music. Moved to Charlotte, NC and worked in interior design/sales for nearly 12 years. I relocated to Greenville, SC back to Clt and then to Atlanta, GA. Lived there until 2006 where I worked in academia for...Expand for more
6 years. I recently relocated back to Columbia to be near my family. I work for state government as a business manager and financial analyst and own a small weekend only home improvement company with my little sister.
I look back on high school and recall how silly everything was. How seriously some people took themselves. How caddy the "popular" girls were. It's funny how all those stereotypes are gone now. We were likely all the same and share a humble beginning at Berkeley High.
