nsellor for 2 summers (1967 & 1969) and program director for 2 summers at Winkler Bible Camp (1973 & 1974). My wife Mary served several summers as kitchen help and counsellor in late 1960's. She served as Food Services Director at both Winkler Bible Camp and Simonhouse Bible Camp for 27 years.
We have served in pastoral and camp ministry for 25 years in Northern Manitoba - 15 years in Cranberry Portage, MB (1985-1999) and 10 years in Thompson, MB (2005-2015). We served as associate pastor couple at Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church for just over 3 years (September 1999-November 2002).
We are grateful to God for His sustaining grace and strength to serve others and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with many in a variety of different places. He has faithfully seen us through many difficult experiences in our lives and blessed us abundantly with a rich heritage of family and friends.
Retirement is a new phase - making a new chapter. Mobility issues for Mary keep us closer to the home front but grateful we can be close to our children and grandchildren.
