Ted's Story
Life
After school I bummed around a little until I got hired by the City of New Westminster - forced there by my father for being a lazy ass. I started picking up garbage and driving truck. In 1978 I started with the New Westminster Police Department and retired to full pension in Aug 2004. Had a wonderful and rewarding career. Even published a book on the history of the department.
I was active with the army cadet program and still am today. The last 3 summers I spent at the army camp in Vernon. I met my wife there in 1974 and we celebrate 31 years of marriage in June. We have one daughter who is now 22.
I am busy doing volunteer work and working for the cadet program.

ster will always be home. I see the occasional school chum, a few I even arrested :) They always cooperated!
Looking forward to traveling a little and just enjoying life now that I am retired. I am very fortunate to be able to do that at such a young age.
Updated March 2008. I have now come out of retirement and work for the Provincial Government Liquor Distribution Branch in Vancouver. I drive trucks and deliver liquor to the stores. Driving for Drinkers!
June 2010. I am now divorced from my wife of 32 years, Angela. I also quit the Liquor Distribution Branch. I met up with a gal I knew at NWSS and now live between BC and St George Utah. Brenda Rogers (now Hutton) and I are in a very nice relationship.
