Hello class of 79 - How are you?
I've been in San Diego since 7/3/05 & still adjusting. It is a VERY big place & I still don't know my way around. When people who live here give me directions, if they mention someplace over by the other malls/shopping centers, etc. I usually know kind of where it is.
I joined the APA (American Poolplayers Association) & am very busy winning my share of games. Playing league pool is helping me learn where a lot of bars are too. The very handy benefit is that...Expand for more
the bars add another point of reference to the whole directional thing I'm dealing with.
The price of gas in San Diego today (6/13/08) when I was out running errands - $4.53/gal for Regular. I saw $4.75 earlier & couldn't do it. My little gas pump light was on for awhile but there was enough to make it back to my "cheap" neighborhood station. In a twisted way I was happy to pay $4.53.
