Terry's Story
I've been pretty much a free spirit. I pretty much took care of the majority of my education and running around by the time I was 29. I then got serious about starting a family. I only have 1 daughter. I have experienced and enjoyed life to it's fullest and it has taken me many places and have met so many people. My girl friends will tell you that I've lived the life of a 1/2 dozen women.
I met up with my last and final husband, Dale when I was in my late 40s. And we have a family of 3 girls (total) and their families. We all live in Richland, except for Danielle whose husband is in the service in Tacoma.
I keep myself pretty busy. Hit the Gym in the mornings, work full time as the Site Administrator for Caltech/MIT (LIGO) in Richland. I really like my job and get to travel to the other sites (Pasadena, Boston and Louisiana) on occasion. And on the side, I am a Independent Distributor for Omnitrition.
The future goal is to retire up north in the Puget Sound somewhere (preferably Seabeck and Squim) in the next 5 - 10 years or so.
I always wanted to be a Architech when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a bad idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
Watching TV, reading a good book or taking a walk with my dogs.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the patio and add on a larger family room. My dream home would be larger or on the river somewhere.
I've learned patience from my daughter.

friend would tell you I'm too spontaneous and too generous, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as cautious.
I share my home with my husband Dale and my 2 dogs, which I find satisfying.
If I had 1 do-over, what would I do differently? I would have ended all of my bad relationships, buckled down and finished my college education a lot sooner then I did. I would have saved my money and bought a piece of property over on the coast line in Seabeck (Hood Canal) and I would have made my life a better one. Don't get me wrong, I love my life now but it would have been better.
In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by continuing to work and save.
My oldest friend is Shelley Hankins. We met in nursery school at CUP church. We were baptised together, confirmed together, lived together (our senior year) and we graduated together. We parted for awhile but came back together in 1986 when we both lived in California. We've been together ever since. We now live 2 blockes from each other in Applewood Estates and take almost every day. She has been there through my every move, my every breakup, my good and bad days, as I have been there for her. She has been a true friend.
My first job was at Kadlec Hospital, where I got paid ??? to Keypunch / data entry. What I remember most about it is Dr. Chase got me the job (I was engaged to Tom Chase at the time so Dr. Chase would have been my future father-in-law)..
