Terry is from Jersey City, New Jersey. I am married to Tom Wadleigh. My schools include PS #27, PS # 25, and Dickinson High School. She earned a Bachelors Degree at Norfolk State University (Psychology and Sp Ed). She taught at Bineck Elementary School, Landstown Middle School, Landstown High School and Tallwood High School.
