tewanna's schools include St. John Vianney School for Girls. I am an American Indian (enrolled Chickasaw Tribe and Choctaw descendant). I was a charge while attending St. John Vianney, but don't remember anything where I stood out. She later attended USAO and graduated with a BS degree in Business Adminstration and later received a MA degree in counseling from American Biblical College and Seminary. I remember Carolyn Whitener, Sister Mary Bernard, Sue Melton, Sharon Wise, Karen Webb, Wilson, Vanessa, Diane and students while I was there. We learned ballroom dancing, tennis and other games and I learned what 'silence' meant! ha I remember our winter uniforms were blue skirt, white blouse and summer checked brown skirt and top. We had great teachers, but don't remember the food very much. I think there was a Sister Hernandez. Seems like there was an older lady named Polly that lived there and another girl that went to h.s. in Bixby. She was tall. Music tewan...Expand for more
